Warranty to protect your and our interest.

ORDER
Roparts Columb reserves the right to accept or reject any order received.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct part number and the correct quantity desired when placing the order.
Roparts Columb will not take responsibility for delays in the delivery of the goods and will not accept any charges for damages due to such delays.

PAYMENT
Payment shall be made directly to Roparts Columb’s account at the condition stated in the Order Confirmation / Pro forma invoice.
All invoices shall be paid in full without any discount and in the currency they were issued in. Under no circumstances shall the customer be entitled to make any deduction or withhold payment for any reason at all, or delay the settlement beyond the terms specified by Roparts Columb.

All manufacturers’ names, numbers, symbols and descriptions are for reference purposes only and it is not implied that any part used is the product of these manufacturers.

WARRANTY
Roparts Columb guarantees that its products are free from defects on material, design and workmanship. This warranty is valid for six months from the date of the invoice issued by Roparts Columb provided that Roparts Columb products are correctly installed on properly serviced machine.
Should a claim arise, the Customer shall send any technical documentation, including photographs of the item considered defected, and any information that provide evidences for the claim. No item shall be returned for inspection unless Roparts Columb has given its authorization in writing.
If the claim proves valid, Roparts Columb shall either credit the customer with the cost of the defected item as previously invoiced or replace the defected item with a new Roparts Columb item free from defects.
Roparts Columb cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by its products to person or personal property, for further costs of installation and/or removal of said products, for any other damages to other material and for any other consequential material or moral damages related to the defected item.
This warranty is for Roparts Columb direct Customers only and cannot be extended to third parties.

DISPUTES
All disputes and/or warranties shall be reviewed and decided by the Judicial Authority of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
